Yum!!! Easy to do and tastes great.
I made a few changes... replaced most of the coriander with more cumin, used the juice and zest of one lemon, and used boneless/skinless thighs. Sliced it and made a pita sandwich with hummus and tzatziki. The results were very moist and good.
This is good-- I wasn't thrilled with it, but it was nice for something different.
This recipe is awesome. Even using a hot grill the chicken comes out very moist and tender. We refrigerate and/or freeze our leftovers, and even the reheated chicken is moist and tender.
"TWO THUMBS UP!!" says me! VERY easy to do recipe! DEFINATELY marinate overnight, This recipe IS a delight, Healthy, used vanilla yogurt as had on hand, TRUE! "MARVELOUS" to do! Thanks!
Made this chicken last night and it was nice and moist. I made the recipe as directed and the only change I would make next time is to add additional cumin. I also like the idea of adding lemon zest to the marinade. I marinated this chicken for 24+ hours. Will definitely make again. Made for What's on the Menu, October 2014.
Superb! I especially liked the addition of coriander. Even though it was exotic everyone loved it, and had seconds. Thank you.
I absolutely love this recipe! It is so easy to make! I usually just saute the marinated chicken in a frying pan with no oil, just some PAM Spray. The chicken comes out so moist. I have marinated for 2 hours and even just 1 hour and it still is great. Try adding ground turmeric (an extremely healthy addition to the marinade) Turmeric is a cancer fighter, and it gives great flavor the this chicken dish! It's awesome!
This chicken has great flavor and it is very easy to prepare. I let the chicken marinate for about 6 hours and the result was great tasting chicken with the perfect blend of spices. We enjoyed it with Diced Vegetable Salad With Tahini Dressing.
This chicken was so tender and so delicious. Would make again. Even my little ones ate it all.
