Excellent. Just as a martini should be. No fancy stuff. I keep my vodka in the freezer and my vermouth in the fridge, so our drinks were icy cold. Shaken long and hard. Garnished with plenty of olives which are even better after they've sat in the drink. Yum!

I have made these as the Dirty Martini at least a dozen times and I love them. Someday I might try another version but the Dirty is so perfect why switch? I am now sipping one with jalapeno stuffed olives and it's wonderful! Thanx again for a great recipe.

I made the 'Martini' and it was good. First one I'd ever had so no basis of comparison but good.

Mmmmm good, I stuck with the regular martini but one day will have to try all the 14 variants. I really liked your explanation of the steps and storage and had always wondered why Bond prefers his shaken not stirred.
