Martha's Bisquick Sour Cream Muffins

I found this in a church collection. Easy to make.

Directions

  1. .Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Mix well--will be stiff. Oil muffin tin. Fill each muffin 3/4 full of mixture.
  3. Bake 15 minutes.

This is a very nice muffin, however I did have to add a little milk (a couple of tablespoons) to get the batter to stay together. It was just too dry. They do have a good flavor. It took mine 25 minutes to bake and I got 6 large muffins. Thanks for sharing. Made for PAC Spring 2010 :)
