      These have great flavor, but found them to be too thin. 3 cups buttermilk to 2 cups flour was too much liquid. Will try them with less buttermilk next time. Made for Fall 2012 PAC game.

      We really enjoyed these pancakes. Great taste and texture. I also made only half the recipe. Thanks for sharing. Made for Spring PAC 2012.

      I made half the recipe for the 3 of us. It was enough for us. These pancakes are not thick like the ones I'm used to do. But still the taste and texture was great. thanks FullyClothedChef :) Made for New Kids on the Block tag game

      These were great pancakes...I love thin buttermilk pancakes, I thought that these were perfect. So much flavor. The cakes were tender, fluffy, light and fragile. Thanks so much for sharing this lovely recipe. Made for Fall Pac/12

      This made large, thin pancakes with a soft texture unlike anything we've seen before. It took several experiments before we got the griddle to the right temperature; too hot and they don't cook through. Great buttermilk flavor and might be just what you're looking for; we enjoyed them but would have preferred a firmer cake. Made for PAC.

      These are fluffy/thick pancakes that have a great flavor! Made as written and made the whole batch so we have leftovers to put in DHs lunch/breakfast for work. Made for I Recommend Tag.
