This yummy on whoppie pies, cakes,and cookies


  1. Mix together margarine and powdered sugar.
  2. Stir in marshmallow cream until blended.

7oz of Marshmallow cream = about 1 1/2 cups Easy to make. I stirred in chopped strawberries as I was using it for filling a strawberry cake. Very sweet, but tastes good.

Awesome! I tried a few filling recipes in a cake I made recently and by far this was the best. Compliments galore. I will use this all the time to fill cakes! So good, thanks for the recipe!

The possibilities are endless! I made a two layer chocolate cake, put this filling between the layers and frosted the top and sides with chocolate icing. Very good! I did add 1 teaspoon of vanilla and made half the recipe for a two layer cake.
