"Great dip for fresh fruit. It's also delicious on pound cake topped with an assortment of fruit -- especially strawberries."

ingredients

• 1 (15 ounce) jar marshmallow cream
• 1 (8 ounce) soft cream cheese
• 1 tablespoon orange rind, grated
• 1 dash ginger

directions

1. Mix all ingredients well. (Use hand mixer if necessary).
2. Chill several hours.
