    Directions:

      Prepare a spring-form tin by lightly greasing and lining sides with foil.

      Dissolve gelatine in boiling water.
    3. 3
      Cut Jam Roll into approx 1" sized pieces.
    4. 4
      Beat the condensed milk until it doubles in volume and add sugar.
    5. 5
      Keep beating, add Marsala and gelatine.
    6. 6
      Fold in the cut up jam roll.
    7. 7
      Pour mixture into tin and smooth out.
    8. 8
      Refridgerate until set or overnight.
    9. 9
      Remove from tin and decorate with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
