This is one of my son`s favourite snacks/breakfast/lunches! Devilishly simple, yet hearty. I do use grated aged cheddar and no butter, though.people found this review Helpful. This was good! It is nice with sliced tomatoes on top. My kids love marmite and I always have some in the fridge already mixed with butter. Just mix 1 pack of unsalted butter with 1tbs of marmite and use as needed. Makes a nice savory spread to use on sandwiches... specially cheese butties. Thankspeople found this review Helpful. I saw a jar of Marmite at my local supermarket yesterday and had to buy it. I'd tasted marmite once before while staying at a bed & breakfast in Bath. I was curious because of all I'd heard about it (the whole love it or hate it thing). I thought it tasted fine the first time just spread on toast, but it tastes great in this melt! Nice, savory flavor. I'll be making this again as a quick snack.people found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... Was this review helpful to you?
