This is one of my son`s favourite snacks/breakfast/lunches! Devilishly simple, yet hearty. I do use grated aged cheddar and no butter, though.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 tablespoon marmite
  • 2 slices bread
  • 1 teaspoon butter (if taste is to strong for you)
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. lightly toast bread.
  2. butter if taste is to strong for you.
  3. spread evenly with marmite.
  4. top with cheese.
  5. place under the grill until cheese starts to bubble.
