Wow, these were terrific squares and a real treat! They were a part of a catering tray I made, and they got rave reviews.
I used white chocolate squares so that I would have a white blondie instead of a brownie, and I topped it with a little cream cheese icing, which went together wonderfully with the orange of the marmalade. I was worried they would be too sweet with the white chocolate, but they weren't, they were awesome. Moist and delicious!
The photo won't really look like the recipe unless you use white chocolate, but there you have it! Made for ZWT 5 :)

I brought these to work with me and a couple of guys really liked them. I'm a chocolate freak and so I think there should be more chocolate and that's the only reason why I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 5. I will this again but may top the brownies with a chocolate glaze. I made these for ZWT5.

Great brownies. The texture was really nice...halfway between cakey and fudgey brownies. Also, I thought that there was a perfect amount of orange flavor. Thanks for sharing!

Sorry that I'm only giving this three stars, but it did not meet up to my expectations. I followed the directions as written (with the exception that I was a bit short on the marmalade by maybe a tablespoon or so). We're eating them, but I really don't like the texture of them and they seem dry. Will try them again though (with the full amount of marmalade) and see if that makes any difference.

Debbie, your description of these brownies is the epitome of understatement. Very good? I would say amazingly good! This is a simple recipe, doesn't need too much fiddling around, and makes a small batch, perfect for a family dinner dessert with a piece or two stashed away in the freezer for a sinful treat with a cup of coffee for breakfast the next day. I left out the walnuts because we're not fond of nuts in our brownies, but I do think that next time I'm going to up the orange flavor with some chocolate covered orange rind cut into bit mixed in with the batter. Thanks for posting, these are more than very good, IMHAHO!
