Mark's Super Low Fat Pancakes

This is my husband's wonderful recipe for pancakes. We often add chocolate chips or blueberries or a berry mix. Our kids love pancakes and like none more then the ones their dad makes!

great!!! i made two versions- one for me and one for Boyfriend. in my ultra healthy version i used all WW flour, no oil, extra applesauce...and they were prefect! topped with yogurt and applesauce- no syrup needed. my BF's version (he loved them and wanted more) i used all white flour, eggs w/ yolk- they were fluffy and just fantastic. and EASY! yay for this recipe.

  1. Beat the eggs until fluffy.
  2. Beat in remaining ingredients.
  3. Heat griddle or skillet to 375 degrees (medium heat).
  4. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle.
  5. Cook both sides until golden brown.
