This dip was given to me by a friend at my church. It is a favourite at gatherings.
- 1 loaf cob bread
- 250 g frozen spinach
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 very small onion, chopped finely
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (55 g) packetcontinental brand spring vegetable soup mix
- Cut the top off the cob loaf and hollow out.
- Mix together the rest of the ingredients.
- Serve in hollowed out cob loaf.
- Use the inside of the cob loaf for dipping.
