This is the marinade that my mom always used when marinating meat for shish kabobs. It's SO good!
- 1⁄2 cup salad oil
- 1⁄4 cup vinegar
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 lbs meat
- Mix all ingredients except the meat in a large zippable bag.
- Cut the meat into 1 to 1 1/2 inch chunks and add to bag.
- Knead the marinade into the meat and let sit in the refirgerator 1 to 3 hours - I usually let it sit overnight.
