      Wonderful! I used Bragg's Liquid Soy, no salt and no wheat, in this recipe. I would also use a low sodium Tamari, which usually has no wheat. Read labels! :-) Anyway this is just delicious recipe as is. I think pressing the liquid out of the tofu before putting it in any marinade is key. My tofu soaked up all the marinade in 2 hours. I seared a little longer than the recipe but maybe I had my heat lower than hers. Happy eating!

      Really good. We even soaked mushrooms, and are going to BBQ portabellas soaked in it. I did add a few drops of liquid smoke and a TBS.molasses to make it a bit sweeter. Thank you much!

      I love this recipe. I marinade my veggies too and make kabobs and put in the oven and is so flavorfull. mmm delicius!

      Great flavor in the marinade, and very easy to do! After an hour, the tofu had taken up most of the marinade, and I added the rest at the end of cooking to provide a little sauce.

      I used Soy Vey to marinate, but followed all these directions and am making it again a mere 4 days later. The draining process really helps it soak up the marinade.

      A GREAT recipe Sarah ! I added a couple of TBS. of sweet chili sauce and a clove of garlic to the marinade , and fried as per your instructions. This made some wonderful, crispy, brown, slices of flavorful tofu ! I had a slice for supper and am planning on using more tomorrow for a salad !!
