For the Slaw
12 ounces whole kernel white corn, drained
17 ounces baby peas, drained
16 ounces French style green beans, drained
4 ounces pimentos, diced and drained
1 cup green bell pepper, diced
1 cup celery, finely chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
For the Marinade
³⁄₄ cup vinegar
1 cup sugar
¹⁄₂ cup oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper

directions

Bring marinade ingredients to a boil while stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let cool.
Mix all slaw ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour cooled marinade over the slaw. Refrigerate overnight.
