Loved it~ My DH thought this was a great salad to have any time of year. I chose to add fresh herbs to our salad dressing, basil, sage& frest chives. Will be making this again.
We had a salad bar set-up at our party today. I made the London broil, with the marinade and cooked as directed, it turned out great. Everyone kept going back for more :p I didn't try the dressing though, maybe I'll try that next time.
Absolutely wonderful!!! It made a very special romantic dinner with crusty bread and dipping oil, cheeses and grapes for dessert and a nice red wine. This is one of my favorites! Thanks for a great recipe.
