I have't yet tried this raw food vegan recipe but have posted it because it is probably one of the easier recipes around.

  1. Wash and dry spinach.
  2. Place garlic in food processor and process until chopped well.
  3. Process remaining ingredients with garlic and pour over spinach.
  4. Marinate for 1 hour or more and serve.

Very good and very easy to make. I made a small portion to try it out and thought 1/4 the recipe was probably too little for the food processor. So I minced the garlic really fine and then just whisked the dressing. I think I'll go eat some more! Reviewed for Healthy Choices ABC.
