  1. In a 2-cup measuring cup, combine the first seven ingredients; mix well. Pour 1-1/2 cups into a large resealable plastic bag; add pork chops. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade for basting.
  2. Drain and discard marinade from pork. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 5-6 minutes on each side or until meat juices run clear, basting with reserved marinade.

A good marinade. I used on chicken breasts this time-- and it was yummy. Basting with the marinade leads to a deeper flavor, which was enjoyed by all.
