ingredients

• 3 lbs mixed mushrooms
• 3 1⁄2 ounces salt
• 1⁄4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
• 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
• 1⁄2 teaspoon white pepper
• 1 tablespoon dried oregano
• 2 ounces white sugar
• 4 fresh garlic cloves
• 1 pint wine vinegar
• 1⁄2 pint vegetable oil
• 1 cup cider vinegar

directions

1. Wash mushrooms and place in large container.
2. Pour in vinegars and oil.
3. Add all dry ingredients.
4. Stir well.
5. Refrigerate for three days.
