These mushrooms were a big hit! The only thing I substituted was red wine vinegar in place of the malt variety. Thanks for the low carb recipe Aroostook!

This is a great recipe. I didn't make any changes and I was rewarded with delicious and savory sidedish. I let set in the refrigerator only 5 days, but the flavors were already quite savory. This dish is easily prepared, and would be a wonderful dish for potluck, or for any special occasion. Thanks, Barb, for sharing the recipe.
