Another of the Italian deli recipes.
- 1⁄2 cup red wine vinegar
- 2⁄3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 garlic clove (crushed)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 lb mushroom
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Mix everything and let sit overnight.
- You may store in refrigerator, but let them warm to room temperature before eating so they don't congeal.
Very good. I made per recipe, but think they would also be good with a little crushed red pepper added and may try that next time. Thanks for posting!
