My mushrooms were not same day bought (fresh) so I prefer to stir fry them very quickly in olive oil with the addition of 1 minced garlic clove. Very generous amounts of black pepper. This is very good with lots of refreshing flavor. Love the tarragon in this and the freshness of the lemon. Made for The Magic of Herbs. Thank you!

bland and definitely not special, which was disappointing because the recipe is relatively easy and healthy. HOWEVER, add some low fat Italian dressing to the recipe and you have a winner!!!!! People raved over it at the Christmas party.
