Great with some fabulous bread!
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 cup diced tomato
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1⁄4 cup kalamata olive
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 dash balsamic vinegar
- fresh basil, coarsely chopped
- Mix all ingredients except basil gently in large mixing bowl.
- Serve in decorative salad bowls and sprinkle with chopped basil for garnish.
