Marinated Lemon, Thyme and Garlic Lamb Chops

"Made this for dinner last night and it was awesome! I used shoulder lamb chops, but any cut will do. Came out very tender and moist on the barbecue grill. This same recipe can also be used to marinate chicken or pork. It is delicious!"

  1. Good lamb chops. I used loin chops too, and I cooked mine in a pan on the stove-no BBQing here as it's the middle of winter. I also used dried thyme which was fine.

  2. This was amazing. We put it under the broiler in a broiler pan so the oil would drip down. It tasted just like the lamb we get here a Lebanese restaurant that is famous for their hummus and meat (lamb) so we will be mixing it with hummus next time

  3. This was my first effort with lamb. Did them on the grill, they were great!!! Thanks for sharing. I will do these again for sure

  4. yummy yummy yummy in my tummy! It was so good I felt the need to write a rhyme. Hubby and I loved it and will have it again. I used 2 cloves of garlic (big fans of the stuff), added some rosemary and instead of ordinary thyme I used lemon thyme because it is what we grow in our garden. It is snowing outside so we cooked it in the griddle pan which worked beautifully.
