Good lamb chops. I used loin chops too, and I cooked mine in a pan on the stove-no BBQing here as it's the middle of winter. I also used dried thyme which was fine.

This was amazing. We put it under the broiler in a broiler pan so the oil would drip down. It tasted just like the lamb we get here a Lebanese restaurant that is famous for their hummus and meat (lamb) so we will be mixing it with hummus next time

yummy yummy yummy in my tummy! It was so good I felt the need to write a rhyme. Hubby and I loved it and will have it again. I used 2 cloves of garlic (big fans of the stuff), added some rosemary and instead of ordinary thyme I used lemon thyme because it is what we grow in our garden. It is snowing outside so we cooked it in the griddle pan which worked beautifully.

I used shoulder chops and cooked on the BBQ. We love lamb with lemon, garlic and thyme so this was a hit with us. thanks for sharing.

I made this tonight using loin lamb chops and cooked them under the grill. They were really tasty, tender and succulent.
