I was looking for a different kind of salad to serve with dinner. Wow, this is both tasty and beautiful salad. Considering all the ingredients are on my list of favorites, this makes it a real winner!

A delicious and easy salad. The dressing was mixed in the bowl and remaining ingredients, except mesclun, were added. Made for *ZWT 2008*

What a great salad! A lot like an antipasto salad. I love hearts of palm on salad, and marinating them is a great way to inject flavor. I used Italian parsley, only half the dressing, and less artichokes. I also subbed balsamic vinegar and arugula, and added a little bit of basil and proscuitto. This makes 4 huge (and delicious) salads!

I've never had hearts of palm before, and I really enjoyed this salad. Everyone thought it was a great combo of flavors, thanks. Made this for ZWT4 for the Chic Chefs.
