Made these for my parents this morning and they absolutely loved them! The mustard gives them a special flavor. Will make again. made for Spring PAC,2011.
This is the best stuff I've ever eaten. I have many favorites but this is #1.
I brought these to work at 7 AM today. By 7:05 I was asked for the recipe. These biscuits are super good! I used the Costco dinner rolls from their bakery (36 to a bag) so skipped direction #1. I also used Costco ham and Findlandia Swiss cheese. I didn't have yellow mustard so used spicy brown. I layered the ham between 2 slices of cheese so it would all hold together. I assembled it all the night before and just popped them in the oven for 10-15 minutes in the morning. These may be better with the flaky biscuits but I don't see how it is possible. I will be making these again for Christmas. Gotta go..another co-worker just asked for the recipe!
