I thought I'd try it because it was similar to what we normally do with London Broil... We use McCormick's Montreal Steak seasonings rubbed on first tho and it seems to be more flavorful. I also, use A-1, italian dressing, and either beer or red wine. My 3 yr old who rarely eats meat, will eat it this way. and it ALWAYS has to be grilled in my opinion.... This was tastey, but I think I will stick with my own concoction.

Great steak. Next time I make it I will have a thicker steak. Mine was apprx 1" and to keep it rare ans get the outside lovely & brown took perfect timing. The flavor was wonderful. served with vegetable kabobs. Thanks Mark for a great first of the year BBQ

This recipe was wonderful - even the kids ate it up! Yes, I will make it again & again. Just be aware - it was not cheap to make. But, for a special company dinner, it is great!
