    Got this marinade from my brother-in-law. So easy and tastes so good. This marinade makes the chicken so moist. Even my young kids love it!

    Ingredients:

    Directions:

      Mix all ingredients together except chicken.

      Place chicken in large baking dish.

      Pour marinade over chicken and cover for at least 2 hours in the fridge (or overnight for even yummier chicken).

      Grill and serve!

      DH and I very much liked this chicken. Our 3 1/2-year old said it was good. The 2-year old disagreed. I think you really have to appreciate the flavour of rosemary to enjoy this dish, and luckily we do! I liked that I was able to throw it together in 10 minutes while the kids were colouring, and just let it sit fora few hours until DH got home. A few minutes on the GF grill were all it needed. I think this would be excellent cold on sandwiches too (we'll find out tomorrow!)

      This was good and easy to make.. I followed the recipe exactly as written. I marinaded mine for about 8 hours and made on my George Foreman grill. Everyone enjoyed it. Made for Fall PAC 2008.

      How could you go wrong using balsamic vinegar! I used a very hearty, grainy Dijon. Poked a few holes in the breasts so it would flavor all the way inside. Yummy!! Will definetly make this again. Thnx for posting, Bella. Made for Fall 2008 PAC.
