Loved this simple lamb chop dish. I used lamb loin chops, they came out juicy and tender. This marinade would also go well with pork. Made for the Aus/NZ Swap #40

YUM! I cannot wait to make these again. I just love these Greek flavours and this lamb certainly hit the spot. I used lamb steaks and they were so incredibly fall apart tender! Thanks for a great recipe Jen T definitely a keeper.

I am positive that this recipe deserves 5 stars however because I panfried the chops adding the rest of the marinade to the pan the chops were a bit too lemony - I didn't think it would be fair to award less than 5 stars because of cook error not recipe error. They were still delicious but as I said strong lemon - luckily I love lemon. You can't beat lemon & Oregano and then the garlic added MMmm -I marinated them for 6 hours, cooked them for 4 minutes each side - perfect pink. Jen T will make this again in BBQ season I think it will be perfect and will award the stars that it deserves
