This makes the best marinade for flank steak. We usually enjoy as fajitas but also eat it just as a steak! The longer it marinades the better!
- 1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
- 1⁄3 cup soy sauce
- 1⁄4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 1⁄2 lbs flank steaks
- Combine ingredients and marinade the flank steak as long as possible.
