- 4 garlic cloves, minced (about 2 tsp)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Heinz Chili Sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 lbs flank steaks
directions
- Combine all ingredients in large zip top bag. Seal tightly, pressing out as much air as possible. Refrigerate and let marinate over night (or at least 6 hours).
- Preheat broiler, or set up outdoor grill for high direct heat. Wrap broiler pan in foil and poke holes to let juices drain.
- Remove meat from marinade and discard marinade. Broil or grill 4-6 minutes per side (4 for medium rare, 6 for medium). Slice thinly across the grain to serve.
