This was very good, but I had a hard time finding fresh rosemary in Northern Maine in November, so I used dried and over did it. This will be my favorite summer steak. Thank you.
The filets were great, of course, and the flavored butter complemented them nicely. I marinated the steaks overnight, let them come to room temperature before grilling, then sprinkled them with coarse sea salt and freshly-ground black pepper as soon as they came off the grill. Thanks for posting!
