  1. Place filets in a re-sealable plastic bag.
  2. Combine the marinade ingredients in a glass bowl or measuring cup.
  3. Pour the marinade over the filets, seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  4. Thoroughly combine the butter, worcestershire sauce and mustard. Set aside until the steaks are cooked.
  5. Remove the filets to a warm platter. Place about a teaspoon of flavored butter on top of each filet.

This was very good, but I had a hard time finding fresh rosemary in Northern Maine in November, so I used dried and over did it. This will be my favorite summer steak. Thank you.

The filets were great, of course, and the flavored butter complemented them nicely. I marinated the steaks overnight, let them come to room temperature before grilling, then sprinkled them with coarse sea salt and freshly-ground black pepper as soon as they came off the grill. Thanks for posting!
