From "Healthy Heart One Dish Meals"
- 1 cup cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 1⁄2 onion, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup herbed vinaigrette (I use Herbed Vinaigrette)
- Combine all ingredients.
- Chill thoroughly.
This was a good marinated cucumber salad, however there was too much of an oniony taste for me. I used Recipe #284149 as the salad dressing.
These cucumbers are so good and take no time at all to prepare. I doubled the recipe and used green onions and Kraft's Romano Basil Vinaigrette. We will definitely be enjoying this recipe again!
