I have a recipe for marinated cucumbers but you have to drain and serve the same day. This recipe is fantastic!! I simply followed the instructions but before adding the marinade I put in thinly sliced red (or white) onion, fresh dill and very thinly sliced, on an angle, celery. This recipe allows you to have marinated cucumbers for 2 to 3 days depending on family size. Plenty of liquid so feel free to use two cucumbers. The best was the days of snacking from the bowl everytime I went to the fridge. Soooooo good!!!

Positively the best marinated cucumbers I've ever eaten. These were also the first ones that my DH liked enough to eat and actually have seconds. This will become my go-to recipes for marinated cucumbers from now on. How wonderful! Made for PAC spring 2013.
