I liked this better than my husband did. He said all he could taste was the lemon juice.

Great recipe. I used this chilled for a salad, my DH whom does Not eat salads asked for me to make a salad w/this chicken recipe again.

Super tasting chicken! Made half a recipe using three large chicken breasts. Grilled indoors 'unskewered' - flavorful and juicy! Can't wait to to do this on the BBQ for family and friends, skewered and whole! Thank you for another of your recipes that is going into my favorites cookbook.

This is great. I used unsweetened apple juice instead of white wine and no black pepper. It was in the marinade overnight. Thanks Lavender Lynn :) Made for Gimme 5 tag game

We really enjoyed the chicken in this marinade. I cut the recipe in half as I was using two large chicken breasts and also didn't cut the chicken into pieces for skewering. I liked the lemon and dry white wine added to the marinade. The chicken came out very flavorful and nice and juicy!! Thanks for sharing your recipe. Made for PRMR.

Thoroughly enjoyed this, I thought the hint of lemon was a nice touch over similar marindades I've had before.

Very much enjoyed the lemon juice combined with the soy - but the Italian seasoning seemed strange and out of place in this recipe... I think it needed a different spice but I'm not sure what. Took to a BBQ tonight and was enjoyed by all. Made for ZWT4.
