Love stir fries and this one is no exception. The ingredients combined to make for a wonderful evening meal. Other than adding some mushrooms that I had on hand made as posted. Definitely be making this one again for sure. Made for the Auz/NZ Swap.

I used budget sirloin and after cutting of fat had 700grams of meat which I thinly sliced. The DH did the cooking and he stir fried the vegetable (I used carrot juliened, small tin of champignon [halved], brocolli, cauliflower, snow peans, bean shoots, baby corn and spring onions). We also added 3 finely sliced red thai chillies, adding some of them and the garlic to the marinade and the rest to the stir fry. We upped the sauce to 1 1/2 cups as we prefer more sauce and served over doongara rice. Thank you JenT, made as a recipextra for Recipe Swap #26.

My whole family really enjoyed this meal! My 7 yr old came back for a big bowl of seconds! I don't know what schnitzel is - there is nothing by this name at our supermarkets - so I used stir-fry beef and just cut it very thin. I would have never thought to use cauliflower in a stir-fry - it was very tasty! Made for the NZ/Aussie recipe swap.
