Marinated Artichoke Hearts

- 3 (16 ounce) cans artichoke hearts, drained
- 1 ounce Good Seasons Italian dressing
- 1⁄4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1⁄2 cup olive oil
- 1⁄4 water
directions
- Drain the artichokes and put them into a glass jar or bowl.
- Mix the Good seasons seasoning with the water and vinegar, then stir in the Olive oil. You may want to add more Vinegar.
- Pour over artichokes and store in refrigerator. Turn jar occasionally to make sure all the artichokes get some marinating time.
- Options: Sometimes I add lemon zest to an extra tang. Oh, and I sometimes throw in pepperoncinis and several different kinds of olives to the mix.
