      This was excellent. I marinated the vegetables for about 4-5 hours with a sliced onion, put them in my grill basket and grilled for about 20 minutes on low. Absolutely wonderful. Another great one Marie

      Awesome! Drizzling the vinagrette over the veggies before serving is a must. I cut the squash and zuchinni into lengthwise strips, and they were just beautiful and wonderfully tasty. These will be a regular in our house!

      I'm just hoping I make enough squash in my garden so that I can make this dish again and again. I used all yellow squash and I sliced them lengthwise in slices about a quarter inch thick then marinated the slices as per your instructions. We cooked these directly on the grill, alongside our steaks. Fabulous taste! The smokey flavor from the grill really melded well with the tartness of the marinade. I can't wait to make this again!!

      Great way to serve squash. I used the contact grill and served this with Lamb Curry Lamb Curry.
