Found this in my recipe box on a handwritten card. It is a mystery to me where this came from since I don't recognize the writing.
- Cut the chicken into strips, 1-1 1/2 inches wide, 1/4 inch thick.
- Thread onto bamboo skewers.
- Place skewers in a 12 X 7 1/2 baking dish.
- Combine rest of ingredients and pour over the chicken. Cover and chill for 2-3 hours.
- Grill 3-4 minutes per side.
- Garnish with cherry tomatoes and parsley.
