• 2 tablespoons sesame oil
• 1⁄2 cup chicken stock
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
• 2 tablespoons white wine
• 1 bunch fresh cilantro, finely chopped

directions

1. Place chicken breasts and marinade in a zip-lock freezer bag and refrigerate 12 yo 48 hours, turning occasionally to distribute the marinade.
