Only 5 ingredients: wine (red or white, soy sauce, ground ginger, lemon juice and scallions. From a card I got at Publix market from the T-Factor diet by Martin Katahn, Ph.D. *No oil in this. Yield is 1/2 cup so I'm guessing this is enough for 2 breasts.
- 1⁄2 cup red wine or 1⁄2 cup white wine
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 scallions, chopped
- Combine all ingredients.
- Remove skin from your chicken breasts and marinate for several hours, turning occasionally.
- As you broil the chicken, baste it occasionally with the marinade to prevent dryness.
- Cook until chicken is done and juices run clear.
