Marilyn's Cauliflower Salad

"This is a great summer salad with cauliflower, nuts and craisins. This was first printed in Family circle magazine (Feb, 2010)."

• Serves: 4-6

ingredients

• 1 large head cauliflower, chopped
• 1 1⁄2 cups salted peanuts
• 1 (7 ounce) package craisins
• 2⁄3 cup mayonnaise
• 1⁄3 cup sugar

directions

1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
