This lasagna is yummy and very easy to make!

Directions

  1. Brown meat and drain.
  2. Add sauce and set aside.
  3. Combine cheeses, seasonings and eggs.
  4. Spread 1 cup meat sauce in 9 x 13 pan.
  5. Layer 4 uncooked noodles.
  6. Spread on 1 cup cheese mixture, then 1 cup sauce.
  7. Repeat layers twice.
  8. Top with 4 noodles, sauce and cheeses.
  9. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
  10. Let cool for 15 minutes.

Very yummy lasagna! The egg makes it moist and the consistency is perfect. I use no bake noodles, so this has become one of my "easy" weeknight meals that I can assemble ahead of time. I do add extra shredded cheddar and a layer of parmesan on top - making it extra cheesy!

This was an easy lasagna. However, just 1 lb ground beef didnt go far. I added a little sauce just plain and cheese to the top of the lasagna which made it even better.
