  1. Peel and grates onions and garlic cloves.
  2. Mix in spices and eggs.
  3. Add ground beef and breadcrumbs. Mix thorouughly with hands.
  4. Cover. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or more.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over hands (rubbing hands together) while making balls and then patties.
  6. Freeze any unused burgers.
