An elegant and simple way to serve delicious cranberries any time. This recipe came from a special friend, Marian who obtained it in a microwave cooking school in the late 70's. You'll love 'em, I'm sure!
- In a 2 qt.
- pyrex measuring cup or microwave safe container, stir in rinsed berries and sugar.
- Cover with vented plastic wrap.
- Cook on high for 12 minutes.
- Stir in 1/4 cup brandy and 1/4 cup more sugar.
- Serve hot or cold.
