A great tasting carrot bar with cream cheese topping that I got from a relative. Yum!

Directions

  1. Blend carrots.
  2. Combine with sugar, salad oil and eggs.
  3. Combine flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon and add to carrot mixture.
  4. Stir in nuts.
  5. Placed in greased 11x18 pan.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  7. CREAM CHEESE FROSTING : Beat cream cheese, butter, vanilla, milk and powdered sugar until smooth. Pour over bars.
