This pie is delicious! I sent it to work with my husband and everyone loved it. The crust was especially good and complemented the flavors of the filling quite nicely. I had alot of filling leftover. I don't know what happened there but now I have a yummy frozen dip for my gingersnaps. Thanks for a wonderful recipe GW! This will definitely go into the keeper file.

3.5 stars. The crust is great! The rest of the pie is good, but it's a little heavy. I used this recipe without any changes for a pie baking contest. Out of 10 stars for the "Taste" category, a panel of 12 guys (approximately 28 year old males) rated this a 7. I think maybe the flavor is enhanced when the pie is served RIGHT OUT OF THE FREEZER. It gets a little "eggy" when it's left out for a bit. Overall, good recipe. I will definitely use the pie crust again, but I may alter the filling to make it lighter.

please don't pass up this recipe, it is tops! I used the full amount of both orange liqueur and tequila but I might reduce the tequila just by a tablespoon next time, I could just eat the crust alone is it so good, this whole pie deserves more than 5 stars and it is one I will make many times again, my family raved! thank you for sharing Galley!...Kitten:)
