clam juice
-
1 1/2 lbs
oysters, liquor reserved
(fresh or canned)

2/3 cup
chopped
onion
-
1/2 cup
dry white wine

2 tablespoons
cornstarch

salt and pepper
-
chopped
chives
(to garnish)
Directions:

Combine clam juice, reserved oyster liquor and onion in slow cooker.

Cook on high 2-3 hours.

Combine wine and cornstarch.

Stir in oysters, wine and cornstarch; cover and cook 15 minutes.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.
